Can they come together against all odds or collapse in a ball of fire?。保健品老板李勇，因病人等原因选择与黑帮头目合作走私仿制药，但病人两面三刀联合其他病人背叛他，李勇被捕，病人们集体抗议，最后李勇与正版药公司进行谈判，正版药公司决定降低售价，皆大欢喜。陈凡身为柳家下人，备受柳家压迫，爷爷被柳家少主开车装死，妹妹被逼嫁给柳家少爷为妾，陈凡上门讨要说法，却被打断四肢，丢出柳家，乞讨十年；陈凡忍辱负重十年，本想一击毙命，却不想功败垂成……。
