Perhaps the Governor grants him the land or perhaps he just takes it - the Hawkesbury is at the extreme e...。小职员徐志荣被公司解雇，顿感彷徨，为了要找钱替妻子周小娟治病，便想出妙计分别向财务公司、银行贷款，以数抵数，希望挨三数个月找到了工作便把债务清还，暂渡难关。故只好从深圳搬回香港居住，因借贷时有香港地址比较方便，更要求好友李志超作担保人，但可惜李志超因公司裁员亦遭解雇，志超要养母亲，一双难兄难弟互吐苦水，想办法找工作，但香港近年经济低迷，人浮于事，故无法找到合适的工作，荣经苦思，想到一条绝世妙计，决定以上班心态赴澳门赌博，除费用每天嬴五百元便收手，超在犹豫中，终经不起荣的游说，在走投无路之下，只好把心一横与荣齐过澳门碰运气……。
