Set in 1979 Western Australia. A power strike threatens to plunge the region into darkness, while the city hosts the iconic Miss Universe pageant and the US space station, Skylab, crashes just beyond the city's suburbs.。A man under the spell of love decides to stay back and start working at the place he had come down for a vacation. He reverts to sending a letter to the woman he had fallen for, but the woman uses the vagueness of the letter to boost her mother's confidence, making her think she has a secret admirer.。血滴般鮮艷的紅，在幽暗中趟過經年累月，生生不息。從明代，許同生開創同名傘廠起，至今他的後人中依然有人在堅持做傘。外人最擔心的是這門手藝是否會失傳，在四五百年的變革中，曾經盛極一時，曾經歇業，做為一個企業，他有太多問題，可今天，它畢竟存活了下來，或許，其實他什麽問題也沒有，是我們太焦慮。沒有大事件，沒有傳奇的人物，有的只是平常的四川山裏人的生產生活場景。從歷史長河中來看，現在無疑是分水傘廠的低谷，產量少，人員少。幸運的是，在躁動的社會中，分水傘廠執拗地以他古老的方式維持著生產，平靜如流水，粗獷如磐石。當進入傘廠後，之前的疑問化為烏有，頭腦開始空白，一切從我目睹工人們和諧而愉悅的生產、生活開始。。
