在榎本径（大野智饰）消失后，芹泽豪（佐藤浩市饰）律师和律界新人青砥纯子（户田惠梨香饰）的工作与生活又重新回到平凡的轨道中。这天，芹泽出发与委托人藤林仓三洽谈价值10亿日元美术品的捐赠事宜。谁知当他和对方的外甥女冈村郁子（黑木瞳饰）进入门窗紧闭的别墅时，却发现委托人已经被人用高尔夫球杆杀害。与此同时，正调查一起密室救人事件的纯子意外重逢半年前归国、此刻正经营一家防盗公司的榎本。奇妙的是两起看似不相关的密室案就这样交融在一起。围绕美术品的去留，新的密室杀人案再度发生，疑点重重，真凶何在？ 本片根据贵志佑介的同名原作改编，为该电视剧集的SP版。。The subtitle of Jean-Marie Straub and Danièle Huillet’s first feature, from 1965, “Only Violence Helps Where Violence Reigns,” suggests the fierce political program evoked by their rigorous aesthetic. The pretext of the film, set in Cologne, is Heinrich Böll’s novel “Billiards at Half Past Nine,” which they strip down to a handful of stark events and film with a confrontational angularity akin to Bartók’s music that adorns the soundtrack. The subtlest of cues accompany the story’s complex flashbacks. The middle-aged Robert Fähmel tells a young hotel bellhop of persecutions under the Third Reich| his elderly father, Heinrich, an architect famed for a local abbey, recalls the militarism of the First World War, when his wife, Johanna, incurred trouble for insulting the Kaiser. A third-generation Fähmel is considering architecture, just as the exiled brother of Robert’s late wife, returns, only to be met by their former torturer, now a West German official taking part in a celebratory parade of war veterans. Straub and Huillet make the layers of history live in the present tense, which they judge severely. The tamped-down acting and the spare, tense visual rhetoric suggest a state of moral crisis as well as the response—as much in style as in substance—that it demands.。
