Series 12 and 13, commissioned by Piers Wenger, Director of BBC Drama and Charlotte Moore, Chief Content Officer, will consist of two 8x60’ series and two Christmas specials.。Two friends work as cleaners whose jobs are to clean homes and places where people have died or dead bodies are found. One day, they are tasked with cleaning a house where there were three dead bodies inside. Their job is to clean the corpses that have rotted. When they arrived there, they found that there are strange things happening and then they discover a strange book.。延續「納米無明火」的貼地和好心地，出走東京，見証更離奇、更熱血的東京人追夢故事！節目結合睇樓、旅遊、日本文化元素。納米樓雖小，但屋主的「東京夢」卻無限大。日本人、甚至世界各地的人為了追夢紛紛「上京」打拼，但五光十色的東京卻有嚴重的土地問題：在人均約二百呎的居住空間中，很多都廚廁不全，有新晉女團要在廁所煲飯、有鼓手因為屋企沒有浴室，苦中作樂創作出「沒有浴室」一歌、屋主們如何在有限空間，創造無限可能？。
