Plebs follows three desperate young men from the suburbs...。黄雪梅的父母因保护“天魔琴”为六大门派追杀致死，小弟黄麟也失踪。她抱琴跳崖，重伤未死，并练得绝世之功“天龙八音”后出山报仇。她设计让欲夺“天魔琴”的武林人士自相残杀。在与飞虎镖局吕腾空义子吕麟交手中，雪梅发现他就是自己失踪的弟弟......。文乐乐放学回到小区，发现杨奶奶被救护车拉走，非常担心和着急，于是和小伙伴们打算买海马给杨奶奶补身子。他们一路颠簸，最终因为渔船没油漂流在了海上，最终被警察和家长们找到。乐乐的父母非常愧疚，两代人之间心存的芥蒂终于释怀。。
