《一场很（没）有必要的春晚》是一部关于春晚和海外华人思乡、过年情结的电影！影片记录了一群海外华人为了心中的信念而精心筹备了一场春晚，然而在工作过程中却困难重重，险象环生，发生了一系列令人啼笑皆非的故事。。新季首集故事发生在上季结束时的三到四天后，大家都在应付Abel遭绑架和Gemma潜逃的“后果”；Clay和Jax之间的内战将暂停，Jax在这个特殊时期需要Clay的帮助。 这一季至少有四集发生在爱尔兰首都贝尔法斯特，故事与爱尔兰共和军有关；更多有关Gemma与Josh的背景故事；Gemma对"枪越来越熟练"。。In a world in which people are often expected to make excuses for not drinking alcohol, Mark is a king without a crown.
