本剧改编自袁阔成的经典评书《三国演义》。曹操与袁绍两军在官渡对峙两年，袁绍不听许攸的建议，许攸便弃绍投曹，献计曹操领兵烧乌巢之粮，大破袁绍，收获许都。刘备乘虚袭许都，曹操往汝南迎战刘备，首战刘备告捷，接着曹军转败为胜。袁绍死后，袁绍之子袁尚投降了曹操。冀州城被曹军攻破。。A young nurse begins her shift at an old city hospital. After a strange apparition one of the oldest nurse tells her that a patient, Mr. Moore, entered the hospital a few years ago. His body was completely burned after a fire.
